We have contacted the parents and we have made up the target group of young beneficiarries for the program ASETH 2003
For every pupil who participates into the program we designated one or two instructors for the subjects for which the pupil asked to be enlisted into the program
In order to select the instructors we have published classiffied adds into the most read

The instructors go once or twice a week to the pupil’s home in order to give him the neccessarry educational assistance

OBJECTIVES AND EVALUATION
The main objective of the program is to help its young participants to overcome the difficulties, which they face during the learning process, and to improve their school situation. Moreover we will solve as well the specific problems of the children with disabilities with disabilities with the help of the instructors who are specialized in these fields(speech therapy, mimico-gestual communication
etc.).
The success of the ASETH program will be evaluatted according to every individual case, through indicators of evolution ( by reporting the school results of the subjects at the beginning and the end of the program), efficency indicators ( that is the number of psrticipants to the program who have reached their initial objective compared to the total number ot pupils who participate into the program) and cost indicators (the sum of money that would be necessary to be allocated for every pupil during the whole program in order to obtain the proposed objective.)
Once in every term the program coordinator organizes a meeting with the instructors in order to evaluate the obtained results, to facilitate the exchange of experience about the methods of teaching, which were used by the instructors, and to discuss that may appear during the development of the program.
